NetFix Support is an independent third-party technical support provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Linksys, Cisco Systems, Netgear, TP-Link, ASUS, D-Link, Belkin, or any other router or networking equipment manufacturer. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.

2. Service Description

We provide remote technical support services for networking equipment including but not limited to router setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and security optimization. Services are delivered remotely via phone, chat, or screenshare sessions.

3. Fees & Payment

Service fees are disclosed to the customer before any paid service begins. We offer a free initial consultation. You will not be charged without explicit consent. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.

4. Remote Access Consent

When remote desktop access is required, you must explicitly authorize each session. You can revoke access at any time. NetFix Support technicians will only access your device to resolve the specific issue you have requested assistance with. We do not access, copy, or retain personal files.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetFix Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, equipment damage, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service session in question.

6. No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for 100% resolution, we cannot guarantee that every issue will be resolved, particularly where limitations exist beyond our control (e.g., ISP issues, hardware failure).

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, to harm others, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Jose, California.

Refund Policy

NetFix Support stands behind the quality of our services. We offer a clear and fair refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If your issue is not resolved during a paid support session, you are eligible for a full refund or a complimentary follow-up session at no additional charge. You must request this within 7 days of the original session.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

• The issue was not resolved and no alternative solution was provided
• You were charged for a service you did not authorize
• The service was not delivered as described
• A duplicate payment was processed

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The issue was resolved but you changed your mind
• The issue was caused by third-party hardware failure beyond our control
• You refused to allow remote access necessary for the fix
• The refund request is made more than 7 days after service delivery
• You violated our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days at support@netfixsupport.com. Please provide your name, contact number, service date, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Subscription Plans

For monthly or annual subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law.

7. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may contact your credit card company to initiate a chargeback. However, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter directly.
